Save the tigers

In the United States a lot of Americans are very curious about India. They have a lot of curious questions to ask about our country. a lot of them are still under an imression that India is place full of dense forests and snakes are a part of our daily life.... (unfortunetely they are not).

Once when i was travelling with a friend in his car, i casually happened to mention that in India we have right hand drive abd he was surprised and the question he asked was.... U HAVE CARS IN INDIA.....
I would not blame the Americans for their knowledge about India. Its not that our country is making a good picture in front of them. American news channel cover the Famins and floods in the remotest part of India showcasing the entire country like an African street. They cover how hundreds of idiots crowd up to visit some stupid baba or devi or gurumaa.. most of the people in this crowd will not even be fully dressed. Their kids will be naked and hungry and the Americans watch it with great interest.

I met a few Guyz who had visited India and they liked it. They Like the natural beauty of Kerala, The ancient forts in Rajastan and are surprised by the crazy life in Mumbai.

But they have the memories of them being cheated, of someone spitting right next to them or of escaping a severe road crash just because someone came drivivg the wrong way.

But there was one thing a lot of americans asked us about and we were proud to answer. and that was about our tigers but unfortunetely we Indians are not worried about their existance. The Government has now become aware but it is important that our people realise the importance. If they dont tigers are soon going to extint. and india will not be the proud owner of such an amazing asset....

Wake up....We have a very few tigers now... Save them.....

Tigers are really on the verge of extinction. The people who kill tigers should be severely punished.
